Founder & CEO, Michelle Volberg
Meet our founder.
Michelle worked in sales & marketing at The Daily Beast, Digitas, NBC, ABC & AOL in New York City. She started as an assistant working for Tina Brown, and six months later was leading the sales team. A couple years later, she was the youngest ad sales executive at NBCUniversal.
After working in corporate sales for over a decade, Michelle wanted to work with founders to build their teams, and founded Giledan Search - which has evolved into Giledan 360.
Michelle lives in Greenwich, Connecticut with her family, is an avid angel investor and venture partner at Purpose Built VC.

Recent events.
In November we hosted our first event in New York City - Influence & Innovate - with powerhouse female panelists Minou Clark, Jane Roggen, Samantha Smalling, and Randi Windt discussing building iconic brands while having balanced lives. After the conversation guests enjoyed treats from Owl's Brew, Ole & Steen, Sandwicherie and Food Trends Catering - and took home gift bags featuring Struesli, Emalyn Sweets and MoreFireNYC.
In October we co-hosted HAYVN HATCH Pitch Night which saw 6 female-founded startups pitch their business to a panel of judges, with Breakfast Belle taking home the winning prize. The evening continued with samplings of local food vendors including: Owl’s Brew, Wonderland Jam, Juan’s Table, Wildwood Granola, Emalyn Sweets and Cross Culture Kombucha.
In July we hosted our first annual Female Founder Event. The evening featured a conversation between Jenny Dalio, Ariella Feldman, and Emma Bates, moderated by our own Michelle Volberg. The event was sold out and left our audience motivated and inspired.
